In the final model, after the adjustment for age, disease duration, smoke exposure, DAS28, HAQ-Di, ESR, and MTX treatment duration, two variables were associated with an increase of risk for RA-ILD: the higher anti-CCP2 antibodies titers (OR, 1.06; 95% CI, 1.02–1.10, P = 0.003) and positive RF (OR, 28.58; 95% CI 3.31–246.95, P = 0.002). The gene discussed is AGBL2; the disease is rheumatoid arthritis.
