PHKA2 and psoriasis: Whereas curcumin has several molecular targets, it may be promising for the treatment of psoriasis interacting with the main pathogenetic pathways of the disease, namely, T cell-mediated inflammation via the inhibition of nuclear factor kappa B (NF-κB) [15–17], keratinocyte proliferation, inhibiting phosphorylase kinase (PhK) [18–20], and angiogenesis [21–23].
