In the current study, we found no evidence of myocardial ischemia or myocyte necrosis in patients with moderate to severe OSA and coexisting CAD based on significant ST segment depression or elevation of hsTrop T. NT-proBNP levels were significantly higher in patients who suffered from OSA and CAD compared to controls but were unchanged after sleep. Here, NPPB is linked to obstructive sleep apnea syndrome.
