Using the Oncomine database, we observed that MAP3K3 mRNA was decreased in many other cancers (vs. normal) including bladder, breast, esophagus, head and neck, liver and prostate cancers, whereas, colorectal cancer, leukemia, lymphoma, myeloma and ovarian cancers were not consistent from different studies (Supplementary Figure S3). The gene discussed is MAP3K3; the disease is lymphoma.
