Previous studies by others have indicated that silencing of ACRBP (testis cancer antigen) or TUBGCP2 (microtubule-associated protein) did not affect cell viability but did enhance taxol-induced mitotic arrest in H1299 and H2126 cells (NSCLC, adenocarcinomas) [11].
