This study used real-time quantitative PCR toinvestigate the expression of the FAMLF alternative-splicingtranscript consensus sequence (FAMLF-CS) in peripheral bloodmononuclear cells (PBMCs) from 119 patients with de novo acuteleukemia (AL) and 104 healthy controls, as well as in CD34+cells from 12AL patients and 10 healthy donors. This evidence concerns the gene CD34 and axial length measurement.
