In the myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein (MOG) peptide-induced murine experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis (EAE) model, the exosomes of membrane-associated TGF-ß1 gene-modified dendritic cells (mTGF-ß1-EXO) were found to prevent both the development and the progression of the disease. Here, MOG is linked to experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis.
