The analysis of the DEG list that combined the in vitro and ex vivo cells (Wh1 vs. Cr9 and PrNFB1 vs. PrTFB2) identified a number of genes with less obvious roles: AEBP1 (adipocyte enhancer-binding protein 1), TBC1D1, previously associated with obesity [35], MXRA8 (limitrin, matrix-remodelling associated 8), which might be involved in the formation of the blood-brain barrier [36], PLAUR (plasminogen activator, urokinase receptor), and integrin ITGA6. This evidence concerns the gene PLAUR and obesity disorder.
