A review by Marchetti et al. [38] concluded that screening for high-risk APS patients is necessary to improve their pregnancy outcome, and we showed that aPL profile screening including aPS/PT, in addition to LA, aCL, and anti-β2GPI, could enable better evaluation of high-risk APS patients and possibly predict further pregnancy losses. This evidence concerns the gene APOH and autoimmune polyendocrinopathy.
