When hAT-MSCs were co-cultured with medulloblastoma-BTICs, the expression levels of CCR4, CCR5, CCR7, XCR1, CXCR1, CXCR4, PDGFR-bb, KDR and TEK were increased, while the levels of CX3CR1, IL1R, IL6R, IL8R, IGF1R and CD44 were decreased (p<0.05, Fig 4A, S3 Table). This evidence concerns the gene CD44 and medulloblastoma.
