For SNP rs60271534, subjects with at least one TTTA 7-repeat allele had a non-significant 1.7-fold increase in odds of AIAA (OR, 1.70 [95 % CI, 1.06–2.73]; P = 0.028) after correcting for multiple testing, whereas patients with at least one TTTA 8-repeat allele had a lower risk of aromatase inhibitor-associated arthralgia (AIAA) (OR, 0.41 [95 % CI, 0.21–0.79]; P = 0.008). This evidence concerns the gene CYP19A1 and Arthralgia.
