When adjusted for a diagnosis of depression in the subsample with CASH data (n = 1192), the association with sibling status was just short of conventional alpha (OR = 1.6, 95% CI: 1.0–2.7, p<0.056), similar to additional adjustment for other confounders: OR = 1.7, 95% CI: 1.0–2.9, p<0.053). This evidence concerns the gene CFLAR and depressive disorder.
