All cases of significant cervical disease (CIN3+ /CIS or worse lesions) and complex hyperplasia of the endometrium were detected by methylation markers SOX1and POU4F3, with a sensitivity of 100% (95% CI,59–100) and specificity of 67% (95% CI,52–80) and 52% (95% CI,37–67), respectively (Table 2).
