Interestingly, the RNA sequencing data analysis also uncovered a variety of genes that were significantly dysregulated in all three ICC cell lines with attenuated LKB1, such as HIF-1α, CA9, CD24, Talin1 (TLN1), Vinculin (VCL), and Wnt4/5 that participate in hypoxia response, cell adhesion, migration, and metastasis.
