FMOD and B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia: Quantitative RT-PCRs showed that the differentiation of CLL B-cells into ASCs induced significant downregulation of LEF1 (5.3-fold), TCL1 (8.2-fold), ROR1 (7-fold), TNFRSF13B/TACI (8-fold) and FMOD (3.9-fold) (Figure 7A), and significant upregulation of BIRC5/survivin (36-fold) (Figure 7A).
