Kaplan–Meier survival analyses of 108 stage I–III CRC patients in the training set revealed that the RAD54B high group had inferior DRFS compared with the low group (estimated 3-year DRFS was 93.5% in the low group and 68.5% in the high group; P = 0.0013; Figure 2A).
