RR-MS patients had significantly lower levels of Eotaxin/CCL11, MCP-1/CCL2 and Rantes/CCL5 than healthy controls (Eotaxin/CCL11: 87±56 vs 147±138, p = 0.001, MCP-1/CCL2: 375±227 vs 538±315, p = 0.001 and Rantes/CCL5: 4,173±4,855 vs 5,518±6,796, p = 0.0002). This evidence concerns the gene CCL2 and myeloid sarcoma.
