CXCL10/IP-10, CCL2/MCP-1, CCL3/MIP-1a, CCL4/MIP-1b, CCL5/Rantes, CCL7/MCP-3 and CXCL9/Mig [11–25] are among the described proinflammatory chemokines produced by immune cells and CNS glia in MS and in the animal model of MS, experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis (EAE).
