ETS1 was the first member of ETS oncogene family, and could regulate tumor development and progression.6 Evidence shows that ETS1 could engage into immunology by downregulating the differentiation of not only B cell but also T helper 17 (TH17) cell.7,8 Recent articles show that ETS1 was associated with some types of ADs.9–11ETS1 can be recognized as a risk gene of ADs.
