In pancreatic cancer a microRNA expression profiling study had been mentioned that miR-301a-3p was overexpression [27] and Lu et al. found that there was a positive feedback loop in tissues between miR-301a-3p and NF-κB in which miR-301a-3p repressed NF-κB-repressing factor to elevate NF-κB activity that in turn promoted miR-301a-3p transcription [28]. This evidence concerns the gene NFKB1 and familial pancreatic carcinoma.
