Recent studies with gallium-68 (Ga-68)-labeled Glu-NH-CO-NH-Lys-(Ahx) ([68Ga]Ga-PSMA-HBED-CC) have shown the potential of this radioligand to detect relapses and metastases of PC with improved contrast when compared to [18F]fluoromethylcholine positron emission tomography (PET)/X-ray computed tomography (CT) [2–5]. The gene discussed is FOLH1; the disease is pachyonychia congenita.
