Six genes have been reported to contribute to about 44% of driver mutations in breast cancer (copy number increase or amplicons): MYC, FGFR1 (Chromosome 8); CCND1 (Chromosome 11); HER2, TOP2A (Chromosome 17); and ZNF217 (Chromosome 20) [24, 41].
