Immunostaining analysis of a human prostate tissue array (US Biomax) containing prostate cancer (n = 48), prostate hyperplasia (n = 8) and normal prostate tissue (n = 14) from a total of 20 individual patients, revealed a marked difference in LMTK2 protein expression levels (Supplementary Table 2).
