IFNA1 and infection: Microarray data showed that H5N1 infection can significantly modulate several pathways, including innate immune responses (toll-like receptor, RIG-I-like receptor, and interferon (IFN) signaling pathways), pro-inflammatory responses (chemokine receptors bind chemokines and cytokine-cytokine receptor interaction) and neuroactive ligand-receptor interaction, especially at 24 h post-infection (hpi), compared with control infection.
