NR1H4 and atherosclerosis: Liver X receptor (LXR)/retinoid X receptor (RXR) activation, atherosclerosis signaling, IL-12 signaling and production in macrophages, clathrin-mediated endocytosis signaling, production of nitric oxide and reactive oxygen species in macrophages, acute phase response signaling, coagulation system, farnesoid X receptor (FXR)/RXR activation and intrinsic prothrombin activation pathway are statistically significant canonical pathways that were implicated in the pathophysiology of pre-eclampsia.
