With regard to the management of HER2-positive breast cancer, trastuzumab [8–11], pertuzumab [12, 13], lapatinib [14, 15] are approved as standard care for inhibiting HER2 activity in the treatment of HER2-positive breast cancer [16], increasing the incidence of progression-free survival (PFS), overall survival (OS) and overall response rate (ORR) compared with chemotherapy alone.
