GNRH1 and cancer: Pathways important in oncogenesis (pathways in cancer and endometrial cancer), cell adhesion (Axon guidance, Focal adhesion and Gap junctions), cell proliferation (MAPK signaling pathway, Wnt signaling pathway, and cell-cycle), cell survival (TGFβ signaling pathway) and metabolism (GnRH and insulin signaling pathway) were among the pathways enriched by both up and down regulated miRNAs.
