27,28 observed reduced CD4+ CD25+ FoxP3+ CD127low Treg cells in HF, suggesting that defective Treg might be involved in disturbed immune homeostasis and also responsible for uncontrolled T cell activation in HF. While AT2R does not seem to be selective for Treg, the detected overexpression of FoxP3 suggests an anti-inflammatory potential of CD4+ AT2R+ cells. This evidence concerns the gene CD4 and hydrops fetalis.
