KLK3 and cancer: T classification (T1c vs.T2c; p = 0.036, T1c vs.T3b; p = 0.028, T2ab vs.T2c; p = 0.001, T2ab vs. T3b; p = 0.003), PSA level at diagnosis (10–20 ng/mL vs. 20 ng/mL≤; p = 0.002, <10 ng/mL vs. 20 ng/mL≤; p < 0.001), Gleason score (7 vs. 8≤; p = 0.028, 6 vs. 8≤; p = 0.004), laterality of cancer detected by biopsy (unilateral vs. bilateral; p < 0.001) and SVI (negative vs. positive; p = 0.030) were significantly associated with PSA-PFS.
