Here we demonstrate for the first time, that the oral BRD2/3/4 inhibitor OTX015, which is already in early clinical development in acute leukemia patients, has similar biological effects compared to JQ1, a prototypic BRD inhibitor, although restricted to in vitro use, in a broad range of acute leukemia cell lines and patient-derived leukemic samples. This evidence concerns the gene BRD2 and acute leukemia.
