To assess the feasibility of TMEM100 expression in HCC prognosis, analysis was conducted between two groups based on the immunohistochemistry results: one with relative low TMEM100 expressions (scored as 0 and 1+, n = 65, Figure 5A & 5B), while the other with relative high TMEM100 expressions (scored as 2+ and 3+, n = 25, Figure 5C & 5D). The gene discussed is TMEM100; the disease is hepatocellular carcinoma.
