Subgroup analysis revealed high EZH2 expression was significantly associated with poor OS in NSCLC (HR 1.65, 95% CI: 1.16–2.35; p = 0.006), female reproductive system carcinoma (HR 1.77, 95% CI: 1.29–2.41; p = 0.060), and oral tongue cancer (HR 3.59, 95% CI: 1.29–9.97; p = 0.014) (Table 1). The gene discussed is EZH2; the disease is non-small cell lung carcinoma.
