Other disease markers proposed for the prediction of preeclampsia and other adverse pregnancy outcomes include soluble endoglin (sEng), soluble fms-like tyrosine kinase-1 (sFlt-1), placental growth factor (PlGF), inhibin-A, activin-A, a disintegrin and metalloprotease 12 (ADAM12), and placental protein 13 (PP13), as outlined in Table 1 [37].
