The level of miR-95 is upregulated by treatment with Brucein D in hepatocellular carcinoma and suppresses expression of CUG triplet repeat RNA-binding protein 2 (CUGBP2), which is responsible for the anticancer effect of Brucein D. In our results, miR-95-3p inhibits proliferation of brain metastatic PC14PE6/LvBr4 cells. Here, CELF2 is linked to hepatocellular carcinoma.
