MET and neoplasm: In one instance, for only the primary tumor (set 13-02 Figure 3b) MET was part of a focal amplification event (1.1 log2 ratio spanning 287,678 base pairs and 2 genes: MET and CAV1); also, broad amplification events comprising MYC and DDR2 were identified in both primary and metastatic samples (≤0.8 log2 ratio, spanning from 5Mb to 40Mb of sequence and upwards of 100 genes; Figure 3b).
