CD8A and neoplasm: As expected, we observed that tumor-infiltrating CD8+ T cells were inversely correlated with advanced tumor stages (p = 0.02) and positive lymph node status (p = 2.84 × 10−3), as well as were significantly positively correlated with clinical outcomes of RFS (p = 2.67 × 10−5) and OS (p = 1.14 × 10−3) (Table 1).
