The results showed that stable overexpression of ORM2 significantly suppressed the in vitro migration and invasion of SMMC-7721, Li-7 and HCC-LY5 cells compared with the controls (Figure 3A), while the knockdown of endogenous ORM2 markedly increased the migration and invasion of Huh7 and PLC/FRP/5 cells (Figure 3B). Here, ORM2 is linked to hepatocellular carcinoma.
