In conclusion, a strong association between the ABCG2 34 G/A polymorphism and the OS of NSCLC patients treated with TKIs (gefitinib, erlotinib and icotinib) indicates that ABCG2 34 G/A may be a possible predictor of the clinical outcome of TKIs therapy in Chinese NSCLC patients. This evidence concerns the gene ABCG2 and non-small cell lung carcinoma.
