Focal deletions involving the MTAP and CDKN2A/B loci on CFA 11q16 are among the most highly recurrent somatic CNAs in a broad range of naturally occurring canine cancers, including appendicular osteosarcoma, histiocytic sarcoma, and non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma (Angstadt et al. 2011; Hedan et al. 2011; Thomas et al. 2011; Karlsson et al. 2013). This evidence concerns the gene CDKN2A and non-Hodgkin lymphoma.
