MCL1 and lung carcinoma: All three variants were detected in primary tumors of two patients (UH1 & UH2), specifically in the DPYD (dihydropyrimidine dehydrogenase), MCL1 (v-myc myelocytomatosis viral oncogene homolog 1, lung carcinoma derived [avian]), and TNK2 (tyrosine kinase, non-receptor, 2) genes.
