Univariate analyses showed that increased expression of GROβ in both cytoplasm and nucleus, tumor size, mitotic index, and AFIP-Miettinen risk classification was associated with the prognosis of GIST patients for 5-year and 10-year overall survival rates (all P < 0.05, Table 3).
