SOAT1 and Fanconi anemia: The results (Figure 6(A)) indicated ten significant (p < 0.05) pathways in the GMBP1-treated SGC7901/ADR cells, including pathways for HTLV-I infection, Fanconi anemia, Influenza A, tight junctions, proteoglycans in cancer, Notch signaling, Jak-STAT signaling, N-glycan biosynthesis, adherens junctions and Wnt signaling.
