Patients with high MSI1 expression was significantly correlated with an increased hazards risk for poor overall survival in patients with bladder cancer (n = 165, P = 0.0150), AML (n = 34, P = 0.0002), colorectal cancer (n = 55, P = 0.0151) and ovarian cancer (n = 133, P = 0.0019) (Figures 6A). This evidence concerns the gene MSI1 and ovarian carcinoma.
