HDGF is overexpressed in a variety of human cancers and correlated with poor prognosis in patients of HCC [4], breast cancer [5], non-small cell lung cancer [6], colorectal cancer [7], gastrointestinal stromal tumours [8], pancreatic cancer [9], glioblastoma [10] and oral cancer [11].
