As notified, no study evaluated the expression level of miR-141 and miR-200a in CD4+ T cells of MS patients so far, but a recent study conducted on B lymphocytes of MS patients showed that expression level of miR-200a in B lymphocytes of MS patients decreased compared to healthy controls [26] which seems rational as they inspected miRNA expression in B lymphocytes while the present study is focused on CD4+ T cells, especially Th17 and Treg cells. The gene discussed is CD4; the disease is myeloid sarcoma.
