CD79A and beta-thalassemia major: The findings of our study showed a significant increase in tTG IgA in patients with Beta-thalassemia major as compared to healthy children and the tTG IgA titers for CD in the case group was 11.5% (23/200) that was significantly higher than the control group with a prevalence of 3.5% (15/420)(p=0.000).
