In order to proof the Hsp70-based anti-tumor activity of NK cells, in vivo immunodeficient SCID/beige mice bearing Hsp70-positive colon carcinoma cells were injected intravenous (i.v.)into the tail vein with either peripheral blood lymphocytes (PBLs), CD3-positively sorted T lymphocytes or CD3-negative CD94-positive NK cells that had been stimulated ex vivo with Hsp70 peptide plus low dose IL-2. Here, KLRD1 is linked to neoplasm.
