IQGAP1 and T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia: By scrutinizing 66 mass spectrometry-based human lipid raft proteomics studies published between 2001 and 2013 using RaftProt database [43], we found that IQGAP1 was identified in 12 experiments which included 5 cancer cell lines, namely HeLa cervical cancer, SW620 and SW480 colorectal cancer, NG108-15 neuroblastoma-glioma hybrid, and Jurkat acute T cell leukemia [44-48].
