In line with our first observation, NK cells that were KIR–ligand mismatched showed a significantly better anti-MM response than the matched subsets; the percentages of CD107a+ cells were 54 % with U266, 54.8 % with L-363, 32.6 % with RPMI-8226/S and 43.2 % with OPM-1. Here, KIR3DL1 is linked to Miyoshi myopathy.
