ERBB2 and neoplasm: [64Cu]DOTA‐trastuzumab also accumulated in HER2 positive tumours in a study with non‐small cell lung cancer in mice.24 Ferreira et al. compared the chelators 1‐oxa‐4,7,10‐triazacyclododecane‐4,7,10‐triacetic acid (oxo‐DO3A) and 3,6,9,15‐tetraazabicyclo[9.3.1]pentadeca‐1(15),11,13‐triene‐3,6,7‐triacetic acid (PCTA) to DOTA in the 64Cu‐labelling of trastuzumab.8 The labelling of oxo‐DO3A‐trastuzumab and PCTA‐trastuzumab was quicker and afforded higher radiochemical yields compared with DOTA‐trastuzumab.
