We show, for the first time, that (i) Wnt signaling proteins are up-regulated in PeCa (ii) there is a significant decrease in the expression of Wnt4, MMP7 and c-MYC in grade II compared to grade I tumors and (iii) quantitative differential co-localization shows significant differences between control, grade I and grade II tumor samples. Here, MYC is linked to neoplasm.
